About Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum

Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is located in Argyle Street in Glasgow. It can be found along side of the River Kelvin, next to Kelvingrove Park and it is located near the main campus of the University of Glasgow. After a three-year refurbishment, it was reopened in 2006 and it has been a very popular tourist attraction since then. It has a wide range of collections from Renaissance art and artifacts from ancient Egypt to European artworks painted by famous painters such as the Old Masters, French Impressionists, Dutch Renaissance and Scottish Colourists.
